Overview
Rust-Oleum 3333 Super Adhesive Primer is a 2-component water-based epoxy primer for smooth, non-porous substrates where ordinary primers fail. Use on tiles and power-floated concrete, non-ferrous metals (stainless steel, aluminium, new hot-dip galvanized steel) and thermosetting plastics such as fibreglass-reinforced polyester or epoxy. It forms a chemical bond without blasting or etching. This listing is the 1 L kit (base 3333 + activator 3301). It is a primer - not a structural floor coating or wear layer.

- Mix base : activator 0.72 : 0.28 by volume. Pot life 2 hours. Apply a very thin layer - not more than 25 µm wet (15 µm dry).
- Touch dry 6 hours; handle 8 hours; recoat 16 hours at 20°C (24 hours at 10°C, 12 hours at 30°C) but within 72 hours. Fully cured 8 days.
- Practical coverage 25 - 30 m²/l. Theoretical 41 m²/l. Density 1.58 g/cm³. Solids 61.9% by volume. VOC 8 g/l. Satin. Dry-heat resistance 150°C.
- Classified Class 1 Surface Spread of Flame to BS 476 part 7: 1987. Recoat with virtually all Rust-Oleum epoxy polyurethane chlorinated-rubber/vinyl and acrylic 2K coatings.
- Clean with RUST-OLEUM ND14 or alkaline / high-pressure steam cleaning. New concrete at least 30 days old.
