Overview
Rust-Oleum EpoxyShield Sealer is a one-component water-based vinyl-acrylic concrete sealer. It reduces dusting and makes cleaning easier. Use two coats as a clear finish, or one coat as an impregnation primer under EpoxyShield 5200 ULTRA. Apply on bare clean dry concrete. Not for smooth or very dense concrete or concrete with a curing compound.
- Manufacturer SKU/model 5220.5. Fill 5 L. EAN 8715743015885.
- Touch dry about 1 hour; recoat after 6 hours; walkable / fully cured 8 - 12 hours (20°C / 50% RH).
- Theoretical coverage maximum 10 m² per litre. Density 1.02 g/cm³. Solids 30% by volume. Gloss. VOC 77 g/l (category A/i).
- Ready to use - do not thin. Brush or roller. Air and substrate 10 - 35°C; RH below 85%; substrate 3°C above dew point. Clean with water and soap.
- New concrete at least 30 days old. Degrease with EpoxyShield Cleaner/Degreaser 2901. This is not MAXX 2K and not a coloured floor coating.
