Overview
Rust-Oleum Fillcoat Fibres is a one-component solvent-based high-build waterproofing coating with crack-bridging fibres. It seals leaks on roofs, non-walkable terraces, gutters, ridge-pieces, chimney stacks and pipes. Bitumen-free. Apply in all weather except snow - even on a damp surface. Dark grey semi-gloss with a fibre texture. Elasticity up to 1300%. Bridges cracks up to 2 mm; use the kit mesh on cracks wider than 2 mm.

- Practical coverage about 1 m² per kit.
- Touch dry 4 hours. Recoat with the same product after 3 - 14 days; with another paint after 6 weeks. Fully cured 3 weeks (20°C / 50% RH).
- Theoretical coverage 1 m²/L at 430 µm dry film (1000 µm wet). Typical high-build use about 1.5 L/m². VOC 485 g/l. Solids 52% by weight / 43% by volume. Density about 1.01 g/cm³.
- Brush only (square pasting brush). Stir well. Apply crosswise over active cracks. Clean with white spirit / Thinner 22.
- Direct on bitumen, hard PVC, polyester, zinc, aluminium, glass and tiles after cleaning. Porous concrete, stone and wood: dry first and prime with Primer 44HS. Never use on polystyrene insulation or on new concrete less than 2 years old. Not a primer under Dac Hydro Alu. Recoatable with Dacfill, Coating PRT or Dacfill HZ.
