Overview
Rust-Oleum Hard Hat Advanced 2700 is a 500 ml industrial aerosol that is primer and topcoat in one. It is a fast-drying short-oil soya alkyd, lead- chromate- and zinc-free, for bare or blasted metal, galvanized steel, aluminium and sound existing paint. Flexible film, strong corrosion protection, high colour retention and chemical resistance for plant and equipment touch-ups.
- Manufacturer SKU/model 2781. Fill 500 ml. EAN 5413436097837. Colour Light Grey High-gloss RAL 7035.
- Touch dry 20 minutes. Recoat within 1 hour or after 48 hours (20°C). Handle about 30 minutes. Fully cured 7 days.
- Practical coverage about 2.5 m² per 500 ml can. VOC 640 - 650 g/l. Dry-heat resistance 100°C (colour may shift above 65°C).
- Shake at least 1 minute. Spray about 25 cm. Several thin coats a few minutes apart. After use invert the can and clear the valve 2 - 3 seconds.
- Clean oil grease dirt loose rust and peeling paint. Sound old coats: scuff for adhesion. Surface must be clean and dry.
