Overview
Rust-Oleum EpoxyShield Fine Crack Repair is a two-part solvent-free liquid epoxy mortar for small cracks in concrete floors. Non-shrink. Grey. Each pack is a can of resin plus a can of activator and a plastic scraper. It is a surface filler only - it does not repair structural movement or adhesion failure.
- Manufacturer SKU/model 203010.0.5. Fill 500 ml kit. EAN is not shown: published codes do not agree.
- Pour the activator into the resin and stir thoroughly with a flat blade. Scrape the sides and bottom so no unmixed spots remain. Pot life 20 - 30 minutes.
- Pour along the crack and level with the included scraper. Wipe away excess. Recoatable in 3 - 4 hours at 20°C (longer when cold). Minimum application 10°C.
- A 500 ml pack fills about 25 linear metres of a 2 mm wide × 5 mm deep crack. Cracks must be clean, dry and free of dust. Indoor and outdoor concrete floors. 100% solids.
