Overview
Rust-Oleum 3366 Rapid Curing Adhesion Primer is a 2-component water-based epoxy primer for dense, smooth floors - new and aged power-floated concrete, quarry tiles and ceramic tiles, including surfaces with pinholes. The all-in-1 5 L pack is light grey satin so following coats hide better. Overcoat after 3 hours at 20°C / 50% RH and finish the job in one day. Compatible with almost all Rust-Oleum epoxy and polyurethane coatings; test any other system first.

- Mix base : activator 3 : 2 by volume (1.1 : 1 by weight). Pot life 2 hours. Do not mix more than you can apply in that window. Do not thin.
- Touch dry 1.5 hours; handle 2.5 hours; recoat 3 hours; fully cured 5 days (20°C / 50% RH).
- Theoretical coverage 10 m²/l at 50 µm dry / 100 µm wet. Density 1.1 g/cm³. Solids 50% by volume. VOC 30 g/l. Finish satin light grey.
- New concrete at least 30 days old, clean, dry and free of oil grease dust curing compounds. Apply by medium-pile roller or brush. Typical application 10 - 30°C.
- Primer only - not a wearing surface. Do not use this primer with Rust-Oleum 9100. Shot blasting is still preferred on large or heavy-traffic floors when possible.
