Overview
Rust-Oleum Thinner 190N is the dedicated thinner for 9600 Rust-O-Thane polyurethane when you apply by brush or roller. Without it the 9600 film can foam. Colourless solvent blend. Density about 0.94 - 0.95 g/cm³ at 20°C. Flash point 59°C. Shelf life at least 5 years in the unopened can at 5 - 35°C.
